This website is published by ViraGroup, the holding company of the Vira group, registered in Cyprus. For anything concerning this site and the data described below, ViraGroup is the controller.

⚠ Personal data you give an operating company — when you order, request a quote or open an account — is controlled by that company, not by ViraGroup, and is covered by its own privacy notice. Those are linked at the end of this page.

viragroup.eu is an informational site. It has no contact form, no search box, no account area and no checkout: there is no field on it in which you can type anything. It sets no cookies, and it loads no analytics, advertising or session-recording script — so there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Every contact route on this site is a plain email link. Following one opens your own mail client; nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send a message.

Like any hosted website, requests to viragroup.eu are recorded by our hosting provider in technical logs. Those entries contain the IP address the request came from, the time, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. An IP address is personal data, so this notice covers it.

The purpose is operating and securing the site — diagnosing faults, and identifying abuse such as denial-of-service traffic. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are not used to profile visitors, are not combined with any other data, and are not used for marketing. They are retained only for as long as the hosting provider's standard retention period, and are held on infrastructure within the EU or under an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

If you send us an email, we process what you put in it — your address, your name if you give it, and the content — for the purpose of answering you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the steps taken at your request before entering a contract where that is what the message is about (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for as long as we may need it to evidence what was agreed, and is passed to the operating company concerned when your message is for one of them.

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and portability; and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, write to the address below and say what you want — you do not need to use any particular form of words.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — the one in the EU or EEA country where you live or work, or the one competent for the controller's place of establishment.
